Duties
The Diversity & Inclusion Committee was formed in 2021 and is responsible for the oversight of WestPac policies, initiatives, and strategic goals related to diversity and inclusion.

Make recommendations regarding inclusive and diverse approaches to WestPac activities

Work with the Education Committee to develop and implement educational programming related to diversity and inclusion

Engage members in dialogue to better understand member needs

Develop outreach initiatives to support existing members and recruit new members
