Lewis & Clark Law School's Boley Law Library is excited to announce that they are hiring a Reference Librarian and Lecturer in Law position.
Situated within Tryon State Park in Portland, Oregon, the Boley Law Library is more than just beautiful, it's a community gathering ground, a quiet refuge, the largest law library in Oregon, and a place where students know they can always ask for research help.
This position splits their time between the reference desk and the classroom. Boley has an active reference desk where we field online chats, emails, and in person questions. Lewis & Clark Law School recently added a required, two-credit Legal Research class to the first year curriculum. This position will join the team of Research and Instruction librarians in planning and teaching that course.
In this position there is the opportunity to create new programs, teach classes and workshops, and creatively build on our patron oriented mission.
This is a permanent full-time 12-month position.
